A bottle from my “bottle ravine”: a bit hard to make out, but the embossing reads “Hamlin’s Wizard Oil Chicago, U.S.A.”  According to Wikipedia it was composed of, as you might expect, primarily ethanol, with ammonia, chloroform, turpentine, and some herbal whatever tossed in.  Advertised as a cure-all and was to be applied topically or taken internally.
